MIDI clock converter
TIMEBASE converts MIDI clock into clock / reset / run signals to synchronise a modular synth (or any analogue equipment) with a MIDI source.
When a MIDI Start message is received, TIMEBASE automatically generates a reset and sets the RUN output high during playback. It also works with continuous MIDI clock. A MIDI Thru output is available for daisy-chaining other machines.
4 clock outputs with selectable divisions:
- Output 1: 1/2, 1/4, 1/8
- Outputs 2 & 3: 1/4, 1/8, 1/16
- Output 4: 1/6, 1/8, 1/12
Other outputs / options:
- 3 reset outputs
- 1 RUN output (high during playback)
- Trig/Gate selection for clock outputs (jumper)
